We have access to local growers and vendors around the county who can supply unique seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as quality seafood, meats, cheeses, and wines for the ultimate feast. Special Dietary Needs

Believe it or not, each individual's dietary needs are unique. We can help plan a diet that is right for your body. We have experience creating menus for various dietary needs and have a combined database of thousands of recipes for Vegans, diabetic needs, ovo-lacto vegetarians, low carbohydrate, high protein, blood-type diets, and gluten-free eaters. We will work with you in your household to develop a plan that can help you train for an event, lose weight, increase energy, or increase the amount of interesting and nutrient rich foods in your diet.

Recipe Development

If you are in the market for recipe and/or product development help, we can help you. Our full-time Research and Development chef has a degree in Food Science from Cal Poly University , SLO, as well as extensive experience in the natural food industry. He has worked packaged and shelf-stable products as well as with syrups, beer, wine, jams, jellies, cold extruded products, retort pressure cooked products, canned products, dressings, emulsions, oils, vinegars, and marinades.

We work with private clients to develop recipes and menus for home use, with culinary professionals for catering and restaurant development, and with corporate clients on product formulation and quality.
