We just wanted to tell you we thoroughly enjoyed the meal Tom prepared for us. My husband, who loves cooking, sat nearby watching the prep(while I was in the hot tub). The kids loved their meal. One of them told his mom when they got home that he wanted the chicken like the chefs made. I am glad I decided to have a kid's meal because it was special for them and because after they ate they watched a movie and we were able to enjoy our meal.

Peter and his team cooked an amazing spread for my bridal shower luncheon in October. Not only was the food delicious, but the presentation of each individual dish was truly incredible. Beginning with the ahi tuna and yummy wasabi sauce and the black bean/corn mini tostadas all the food was perfect. The eggplant with goat cheese was a great combination. Not only was the food delicious but perfect for the type of event we had. It was also plentiful. The guests commented very positively about the food. As you know the food is usually what people remember from a party so we all will have tasty memories.
